“目前，我国毕业后全科医学教育制度建设实现了突破。但相比每万名居民拥有5名全科医生的要求，人才培养仍存在较大缺口。”迟春花告诉记者，我国2014年正式开始全科住院医师规范化培训，经过“5+3”全科医生规范化培训的医生仍然较少。加快培养全科医学人才，还需要进一步完善薪酬待遇、学科建设、职称晋升等制度。
