华为泰国有限公司总经理李雄伟在发言中介绍了华为在数字化人才培养方面的框架和进展。他说，截至目前，华为已与泰国伙伴合作培养了超过96000名数字人才，其中包括7.2万名信息与通讯技术(ICT)专业人才、8000名云和人工智能高阶开发者、2000名绿色工程师、5000名网络安全人员、3500名中小企业和初创企业，以及6000名农村学生。同时，华为已与42所泰国顶尖大学签署了合作协议。
