中新网杭州5月31日电(鲍梦妮 徐梓沐 陈颖)据国网浙江省电力有限公司31日消息，当日，浙江桐乡市恒隆化工有限公司通过“节能降碳e本账”成功提交2024年度用能预算及化石能源消费预算方案。至此，浙江省4596家重点用能企业全部完成该项申报，这标志着浙江实现对年用能超5000吨标准煤的企业及年用能超1000吨标准煤的高耗能高排放企业实现100%碳排放管理，打通节能降碳工作“最后一公里”。
